The Room Refresh is an online interior design service for those who want to update their home but aren't sure where to start. Whether you're struggling to choose paint colours, wondering which curtains or blinds will work best, or finding it difficult to pull together the final details, I'll help you make confident decisions and create a cohesive look that feels right for you and your home.

• A 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss your room, your preferences and what you'd like to achieve.

• A tailored paint specification with recommended colours, brands and finishes.

• Window treatment recommendations including suitable styles, colours, fabrics and relevant supplier information.

• Three carefully selected accessories, such as cushions, a rug or a lamp, with shopping links to help you bring the recommendations to life.

• A personalised design presentation bringing all your recommendations together, delivered via your client dashboard.

• One round of revisions to help you feel confident in your final choices, including one alternative paint colour, one alternative window treatment fabric and one alternative option for each of the three accessories specified.

How it works

1. Tell me about your room

Complete a short questionnaire and share photos of your space, along with details of your existing furniture, your preferences and what you'd like to change.

2. Let's talk

We'll meet on Zoom for 30 minutes to discuss your room, your style and your priorities, giving me a clear understanding of what you need.

3. Receive your design

I'll bring your recommendations together into a personalised design presentation, delivered via your client dashboard within three weeks of our consultation.

4. Refine your choices

After reviewing your presentation, you can request one round of revisions: one alternative paint colour, one alternative window treatment fabric and one alternative for each of the three accessories specified. Your feedback must be submitted within seven days of receiving your presentation.

The Room Design is my comprehensive online interior design service, created for those who want to transform a room but need expert guidance to bring everything together.

From space planning and furniture selection to lighting, paint colours, fabrics and finishing touches, I'll develop a considered design tailored to your home, your lifestyle and your personal taste. With a clear plan, carefully selected pieces and key samples to try in your own space, you'll have the confidence to move forward without spending hours researching options or worrying about whether everything will work together.

How it works

1. Tell me about your room

You'll complete a design questionnaire and share photographs and measurements of your space. This helps me understand your home, your priorities, how you use the room and the look you'd like to achieve.

2. Let's discuss your brief

We'll meet for an initial 40-minute Zoom consultation to talk through your questionnaire, explore your preferences and establish the priorities for your room.

3. Develop the concept

Within two weeks of our initial consultation, I'll prepare your inspiration mood board and concept design. This will establish the overall direction for your room, including the colour palette, materials, patterns and design inspiration.

4. Review the concept together

During our second 40-minute Zoom call, I'll present the concept and talk you through the proposed direction. We'll discuss the ideas and gather your feedback before I develop the detailed design.

5. Receive your final design

Following the concept review, I'll develop your complete room design, including the layout, furniture and lighting selections, paint specification, materials and finishing touches. Your final presentation will be delivered via your client dashboard within a further two weeks.

I'll also arrange for key samples to be delivered to your home, helping you explore the proposed colours and materials in your own space before making final purchasing decisions.

6. Refine your selections

After receiving your final design, you'll have the opportunity to request one round of revisions. This includes one alternative option for each product specified, where requested. Feedback must be submitted within seven days of receiving your presentation. Further changes beyond this allowance will be charged separately.

Which rooms can I design?

The Room Design is available for individual rooms, including living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, home offices and other spaces within your home.

Kitchens and bathrooms are excluded from this service.

For larger or more complex spaces, such as an open-plan living and dining room, an additional fee will apply. I'll confirm the scope and cost before your project begins.

Optional procurement service

If you'd prefer additional support sourcing and purchasing your chosen pieces, I can also offer an optional procurement service, with access to trade discounts where available.

This service is priced separately from your design fee, so you can choose the level of support you'd like with bringing your design to life.
